Shakespeare School Festival 2014
November was a busy month for our A level Drama students! They delivered two stunning performances of William Shakespeare’s Othello at Greenwich Theatre and The Albany Theatre. They took their debut on a professional stage in their stride - they performed with excellence and professionalism. This small but powerful group of actors had the audience in the palm of their hands! Learning Shakespearean language was a challenge, as this was the first time any of the cast had performed such work. Their commitment and dedication paid off. Their portrayal of each character demonstrated their sound understanding of the play. It was a great achievement! Congratulations to them!
